We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if there are any delays affecting your order.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery time begins once your order has shipped and does not include processing time.

Please note: All delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier delays). We appreciate your understanding and patience.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our site.


4. Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to most locations within the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. American Research USA is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@americanresearchusa.com.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address error is made and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your building manager

  • Wait 24 hours in case of a delayed scan

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@americanresearchusa.com and we’ll do our best to assist. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.


8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery or Refusal

If an order is returned to us due to refusal or non-delivery, we will reach out to you. You may choose to have the package reshipped (additional charges may apply), or request a refund minus the original shipping cost.
